We got off to a decent start this morning as we were on the road by 10am. The van was packed tight and there are not many spots for oxygen left inside. Thirty minutes later we were at the Peace Arch border crossing. Fours hours later we final entered the USA. Needless to say this was not the most exciting four hours of our lives.
We arrived at Jonah's aunt Kit in Portland at 9pm and she had a wonderful meal ready for us. Liam and McKenna loved her new dog. It is a Black English Lab named Sadie.
Tomorrow we're off to Grant's Pass to visit Jonah's parents Steve and Rachel.
