Day 17-August 5 A Restful Day

We slept in until 9AM-everyone else was up. Mary went to work, Steve and Austin stayed home to-day to hang out with us. We drove Kari, Jonah, Liam and Mckenna over to Jonah's mother Rachel's house. We visited with Rachel for awhile. Brian and I came back to Steve's for a shower. The GPS has a real glitch- when coming back to Steve's it kept taking us down dead end road, needless to say we got lost and went 10 miles out of our way, but did see all the country side around Grants Pass.

Brian, Steve, Austin, and myself then went back to Rachel's to pick up Kari, Liam, and Mckenna.
Jonah stayed to spend some time with his mother. We went shopping in Grants Pass and then out for a sushi lunch. We came back to Steve's and everyone had an afternoon nap. Then we went for a swim and a hot tub.





During the time in the pool and hot tub we had a Dragon Fly watching over us! Brian got some great pictures of the Dragon Fly and scenery.



We took Mary, Steve and Austin out for a nice dinner to thank them for being such great hosts and hostess.

It will be an early morning tomorrow, we are going on to San Fransico which is a 6-8 hour drive.
